Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order arising from that error, at our sole discretion, and will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was already collected.

All content on this site — including the Vandal Pickups name, logo, product names, product photography, and written content — is the property of Vandal Pickups Inc. and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or trademarks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Trademarks

References on this site to guitar brands, models, or configurations — including but not limited to Fender®, Stratocaster®, Telecaster®, Gibson®, Seymour Duncan®, and DiMarzio® — are used solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes, to help customers identify which Vandal Pickups products fit which guitars. These are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Vandal Pickups is an independent aftermarket pickup manufacturer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by any of these companies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vandal Pickups and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Our products are aftermarket electronic components intended for installation by, or under the guidance of, a qualified technician. We are not responsible for damage to your instrument or other equipment arising from installation, whether performed by you or a third party.

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, our products and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of this website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Vandal Pickups each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

SMS Terms

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
