Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Vandal Pickups purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. To start a return, contact us at [support email] with your order number and the reason for the return.

How Returns Work

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid, pre-printed return shipping label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label. You are responsible for returning the item to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, returned pickups must be:

●       Unused and in the same condition you received them

●       In the original packaging, with all included parts, hardware, and documentation

●       Free of solder, wiring modifications, or signs of installation

Pickups that have been soldered, wired into a guitar, physically altered, or show signs of use or installation are not eligible for a refund under this policy. This does not affect your rights under our Warranty Policy for manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, and no restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the cost of a replacement, repair, or refund — see our Warranty Policy for details on manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.
