Vandal Pickups are built to last. We back every pickup with the following warranty.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Vandal Pickups warrants each pickup to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal playing conditions, including coil failure, faulty wiring from the factory, and defective components, when the pickup has not been altered from its original factory condition.

What Voids This Warranty

This warranty is void if the pickup has been damaged or modified in any way, including but not limited to:

a)   Unauthorized rewiring, re-potting, or coil tapping

b)   Physical damage, including drops, impacts, or exposure to moisture

c)   Improper installation, including damage caused by soldering error

d)   Removal or alteration of pole pieces, magnets, or covers

e)   Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, or discoloration

f)    Use in a manner inconsistent with the product's intended purpose

This warranty does not cover the cost of labor to remove, install, or reinstall a pickup, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including damage to your guitar or other equipment.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us at [support email] with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the pickup. If we determine the issue is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the pickup at our sole discretion. We do not offer cash refunds under this warranty after the return window in our Refund Policy has passed.
