Are Vandal pickups compatible with most guitars?

Yes. Vandal pickups are designed to fit most standard Stratocaster®, Telecaster®, Les Paul®, and other common electric guitar configurations depending on the model selected. We offer multiple spacing options to ensure a drop-in fit for modern and vintage instruments.

Do I need professional installation?

Basic soldering experience is helpful, but not required. Vandal pickups come with a wiring diagram and are compatible with most standard guitar harnesses. We also offer a solderless option for easy plug-and-play installation.

What kind of music are Vandal pickups built for?

Vandal pickups are engineered for high-output, aggressive playing styles — rock, metal, hard rock, and high-gain genres. That said, their clarity and dynamic response make them versatile enough for blues, classic rock, and studio work.

Are these pickups hand-wound?

Yes. Every Vandal pickup is hand-wound for precision. Hand-winding allows for subtle coil variation that gives each pickup a more musical, organic character compared to machine-wound alternatives.

Will there be more pickup models in the future?

Yes. The current lineup is just the beginning. Future models including The Anarchy and additional single-coil options are already in development. Sign up for launch updates to be first in line

What is the Signature Founder's Run?

How do I place an order?

You can reserve your set through the Signature Founder's Run form on our site. No payment is required upfront — you'll receive a checkout link 48 hours before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the US. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your region.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before the checkout link is sent. No payment is collected until 48 hours before shipping, so there's no risk in reserving early.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Installed pickups are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Are Vandal pickups covered under warranty?

Yes. All Vandal pickups come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your pickup has a defect, contact us and we'll make it right.

What if my pickup arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

How do I start a return or warranty claim?

Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days.
